- One line running from bottom to top on the right side, horizontally on the upper side, from top to bottom on the left side. Only two sections on the upper and left side are preserved.

- The three fragments composing the panel were found reused in various locations in the Ghazni area. The shahada and part of the titulature of the Ghaznavid Sultan Ibrāhīm (r. 451-492H./1059-1099) are inscribed in Kufic letters on the upper fragment; the word "Allāh" is repeated on the lower fragment, inside the niche.
