Rectangular wooden panels set between the roof beams and rafters of the Aasarii Miskiyy mosque (MAHS-MDV-LAM-HTD-S-002-F-0001) on the island of Hithadhoo in Laamu Atoll. The Arabic text is painted in red lacquer and set against a black background and framed with bands of yellow lines and a broader band of ulhaali kure’hun motif ornamentation in red lacquer.
