Haji Noor Deen Mi Guang Jiang is a renowned Chinese master of Arabic calligraphy based in Zhengzhou, China. In 1997, he earned the prestigious Certificate of Arabic Calligrapher in Egypt. Dedicated to education, he pioneered and taught the first regular and systematic Arabic calligraphy course at Zhengzhou Islamic College, laying the foundation for the structured instruction of this art form in China. He also received his ijaza from master calligraphers Hasan Çelebi, Davut Bektaş, Ferhat Kurlu, and Ahmed Koçak in Istanbul, becoming the first Chinese calligrapher to receive this certificate from the Ottoman school of calligraphy. In 2021, building on historical Chinese muṣḥafs written in local Chinese calligraphy styles, he completed a Quran written in the sinī muṣḥafi style, presented in 30 volumes. 

Internationally recognized, Haji Noor Deen is frequently invited to conduct workshops and deliver lectures at institutions worldwide. Several of his works are part of the permanent collections of prestigious museums, including The British Museum, the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco, the National Museum of Scotland, and the Harvard University Art Museum.
